Submission Guidelines

Kindly take note that only ONE paper submission is allowed for each registered delegate. A poster paper receives the same privilege as an oral paper. A corresponding author can be the same for multiple papers, but each paper should have a unique registered author participating in the conference.

Step 1: Prepare your paper & agreement form

Please prepare your condensed paper using the prescribed template only.
It is recommended that you keep your manuscript within 3 - 4 pages, including all text, tables, figures and references. No additional attachments or appendices outside of the 4 pages will be accepted.

You required to copy and paste your abstract (of not more than 200 words) from your paper onto the text box provided in the online submission form.

Please have the list of author(s), their organizations/ affiliations and email addresses on hand, as you will need to enter them into the corresponding data fields on the online submission form.

Please also complete the “Book Contributor Agreement form” which is to be uploaded alongside your submission.

*If you are using figure(s) taken from prior publications, please obtain the necessary permission from the publisher with this form. Send the completed form to incase2021@inmeetcms.com after your paper submission.

Step 2: Create a user account

Click on the “Submit Paper” button below.
You will be routed to the online submission page, where you can sign up for an online account to submit your paper. This will be the same account you can use to register and make payment for the conference later.

If you encounter any difficulty in the paper submission process, please email us at incase2021@artc.a-star.edu.sg

Step 3: Sign in to account

After your online account is created, you may proceed with the submission of your paper(s).
On the overview page, click on your preferred mode of presentation and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your abstract(s).
