Terms & Conditions

1.    Registration fees must be paid in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.
2.    Presenting authors need to complete their conference registration and pay fees (if applicable) by 30 June 2021. Late payment may result in the paper not being included in the conference program booklet and conference proceedings.
3.    Authors/presenters can make up to a maximum of ONE (01) abstract/presentation per registration.
4.    Early Bird Rate applies for fees received on or before 30 June 2021.
5.    Standard Rate applies for fees received on or after 1 July 2021. This rate is NOT applicable to presenting authors who must register and pay fees by 30 June 2021.


 

1.    A 75% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before 30 June 2021.
2.    A separate refund administrative fee of S$50 will be imposed for each refund.
3.    Cancellations are to be made via email to incase2021@inmeetcms.com before the above deadline.
4.    There will be NO refund for cancellation/withdrawal received after 30 June 2021.
5.    There will be no refund for registrants who paid but did not attend the conference in person. The organisers will also not be mailing out conference publications or materials to such individuals.
